Grant was one of the unmarried in our group. Because his degree plan called for different
courses, he was not in some of our regular classes like Physics. I really am not sure where
he lived, but I think maybe it might have been with John Toles for a while. Grant and I have
been in touch in recent years at the last time I spoke with him he and his family lived in New
York. During our Intramural Sports, Grant and I played tennis. He recently said that he
snow skied when the opportunity present itself. Grant was so quiet, we hardly knew he was
there. Don't know the complete story, you will need to ask Grant, but Don Jensen was
credited with introducing Grant to his wife, and he is still married to her.
