GRADY PARKER
Grady Parker actually had a Dr.; in front of his name, but if he was a PHD, I
would describe it as "PILED HIGHER AND DEEPER" Our AYI group suffered
through a semester with Grady and in the 2nd semester he allowed us to
choose how we wanted the class to be run. It was a night class and it turned out
great because we did not have to listen to Grady. Instead we were treated with
a different prof from the Aggie campus every class meeting. For example: we
had a prof who was an expert in growing pecans and another in growing
cotton. These are a couple of the profs I remember, but after 50 + years
remember two is pretty good. All in all it was a good learning experience and it
saved us from being bored to death by Grady Parker.
